Visual Identity

Your visual identity—logo, colors, typography, and use of images— helps people connect with your organization emotionally.

Visuals draw people in, inspire them to start reading, and speak volumes about your organization’s personality, culture and standards. To develop visual identities Big Duck starts with a brandraising intensive or assessment process, which establishes an overarching communications strategy (including your positioning and personality) and helps us figure out what’s working in your current brand (so we don’t alter it) and what should change.

Then our team of in-house creative geniuses design or refine your logo(s), color palettes, and more. Once approved, we define the way the visual identity should be used in a style guide to help build your institutional memory. We also train your staff or freelancers to use it right, and generally make sure you’ve got what you need to be effective.

Man, we could talk about this for hours, but the proof is in the work itself. Check out some examples of visual identities Big Duck has developed and we promise, we’ll stop talking.
